    … 3U HOLDING AG acquires the EMPUR Group, further strengthening its position in the HVAC market. With EMPUR Produktionsgesellschaft mbH and its sister companies GKS GmbH & Co. KG and EM-Plan GmbH, the Group expands its manufacturing and planning expertise and significantly broadens its range of solutions for hydronic surface heating systems.

    … 3U HOLDING AG and other Group companies move into the new corporate headquarters in the Cappel district of Marburg. Built in line with modern energy and environmental standards, the building provides a contemporary working environment for around 80 employees and places a clear focus on sustainability with its photovoltaic system, heat pump, green spaces and charging infrastructure.

    … was a year of expansion and strategic development. Selfio expanded its product range, the Langendorf wind farm was prepared for a repowering project and the corporate structure was strengthened by merging Selfio GmbH into Selfio SE. At the same time, growth initiatives and investment plans were fleshed out, while a variety of challenges in the areas of renewable energies and SHAC had to be overcome.

    … we acquire a new piece of land measuring around 3200 sq m from the City of Marburg in the Cappel district. The relevant purchase agreement was concluded on 20 April 2023. The company’s new headquarters are to be built on this land and made ready for us to relocate by the end of 2024. 3U will ensure the carbon-neutral operation of the building. Along with installing sustainable heating and cooling systems, there are plans to install a large photovoltaic system on the roof

    … we bring our commitment to weclapp, a technology leader specialised in cloud-based ERP platforms, to a successful conclusion. Fourteen years after its foundation, following a start-up investment of more than EUR 20 million, we release weclapp from our Group into the care of a financially strong software group and achieve a company valuation of EUR 227 million

    … we successfully sell our shares in the InnoHubs construction project in Würzburg to the co-shareholder

    … we apply for a repowering at the Langendorf wind farm, which will triple the annual electricity yield of the farm

    … we enter a new growth phase

The following 3U subsidiaries are also renamed: SEGAL Systems GmbH becomes weclapp GmbH, 3U SOLAR Systemhandel AG becomes 3U ENERGY AG and 3U SOLAR Service GmbH becomes Immowerker GmbH.  The names are changed to reflect changes in the product portfolios of the respective companies
